This ecommerce plugin allows to send a question to the merchant about the current product.

How to Install the Plugin

You have to buy the plugin. If you make is a a registered user you can download the zip file from your Downloads page, in your Account.

After you have downloaded the plugin, uncompress the Zip file. This last action will create a folder called “thecartpress-customersdiscounts“. Upload it to your WordPress site, wp-content/plugins folder or adding it using “Add plugin” from WordPress plugin manager.

The plugin has two settings:

email address: allows to set the email address where questions will be sent,

Only for logged users: if cheked, “ask about” button only will be displayed if the users are logged.

Finally, take a look to the buy button:

This plugin allows to your eCommerce to set Discount by your own Customers.

How to Install de Plugin

You have to buy the plugin. If you make is a a registered user you can download the zip file from your Downloads page, in your Account.

How to configure a product as a Customers’ Discounts

In the Product panel you’ll see a new tab called “Customers’ Discount“.

To activate this product to support “Customers’ discounts” you have to check “Is defined by customer“.

The plugin allows to set an initial discount and a maximum allowed.

Finally, take a look to the buy button:

Layered Navigation for eCommerce

When a customer is browsing through your site they need to find the products that interest them as fast as possible or you won’t make the sale. And when confronted with a category containing 60 products spread across multiple pages most customers will simply throw in the towel. Give them the option to filter by what interests them though, whether it’s price, manufacturer or any other aspect of the products, and you can show your customers what they want and raise conversions.

Layered navigation filters

Add as many “TCP Layered Navigation widgets” as you need in your sidebar to add the taxonomies and terms you want to re-filter the products loop.

How to configure Private sales in your WordPress eCommerce instalation

User Groups are managing using “Manage Roles” option, another powerful tool of TheCartPress. Using this tool, administrators can create, remove and update User Roles. The panel, as you can see in the image, separates the system roles from the “User Groups” Roles. Then, From the User List, administrators can access to “Roles” Option. This option displays the next admin panel. In this case, the customer “User 1” belongs to “Price Group 1”, a custom User Group created in the previous panel. At this moment, administrator can create the discounts or the prices for each Group. The next image shows how to set global discounts for groups: The next image shows how to set different prices for each product into different Groups:
