TheCartPress is available by default with Paypal Standard and Authorized.net. This two payment plugins must be configured using TCP Settings Payment methods.
To Setup Paypal you must edit it. The next image displays the admin panel:
For the currencies not supported by PayPal you could configure TheCartPress Paypal Conversion:
Make conversions using Google API
This option allows to create eCommerces using a currency not supported. When customers visit the checkout they can see the price in a supported currency. The conversion would be applied automatically using the Google API. TheCartPress will look for a conversion rate four times a day.
Make conversions manually
This options is very similar to the above one. In this case it uses a conversion rate typed by the merchant.
Pay using Credit Cards
Many eCommerces allow to pay using PayPal or using a credit card without a Paypal account.
To configure this behaviour, you must follow next steps:
- Log in your paypal account
- Profile tab
- Selling options (left sidebar)
- Website preferences (press “Change” link)
- PayPal Account Optional: set to On
