If you are using “archives” to display products, you have to set the number of columns in TCP Look&Feel/Loop, “Columns” field.

If you are using Shortcodes, or Widgets (for example Catalogue page uses a shortcode called “All products”) you have to set the number of columns in TCP Tools/Shortcodes, edit “All products” shortocode, and press on “Show/Hide advanced options”, then “Columns” field again
