Setup:

The plugin works for United States-based shippers sending to the following country codes:
* US (United States)

You must have a FedEx account and meter number. First open an account here:
* http://www.fedex.com/us/oadr/

Then register for a production key here:
* http://www.fedex.com/us/developer/
Register for an account, then log in and click “Technical Resources”
Next click “FedEx Web Services for Shipping”
Next, “Move to Production”
Finally, at the bottom of the screen, “Obtain Production Key”
When asked, you are not reselling your software, are asking for a FedEx Web Services for
Shipping, and are a Corporate Developer

Be sure to write down all the information they provide, and look for an email to contain the rest!

Be sure to register with the US Postal Service at https://secure.shippingapis.com/registration and obtain a USPS user name. Then, log in to your USPS account and request that you be switched over to the Production Server: be sure to tell them that a “Third Party Developer” has already tested the code!

USPS Zones are based on distance from the originating zip code. This plugin will use the merchant’s zip code as the origin and look up the USPS zone for the customer’s zip code and match up the weight of the customer’s order to the zone.
(Only the zip codes and zones are used from USPS; you can use whatever rates you want and don’t even have to ship with USPS.)

Go to the USPS Zone Chart lookup page and then copy and paste your zone chart into the plugin.
